Mr. David Anthony Campbell, was born in Nottingham, UK. He was diagnosed of type II diabetes Mellitus in 2004. By 2012 David situation has worsened. He suffered brain injuries from road accident. He was undergoing medical treatments at THE QUEENS MEDICAL HOSTIPAL-Nottingham. He suffered cardiac failures, O edema, kidney failure, lung failure, flu, swollen stomach and legs.
In 2018, David's consultant stopped his medication because there was no HOPE OF SURVIVAL. David was discharge from the hospital without medication
